A GR1-B of 617 Squadron (The famous Dam- busters) based at RAF Lossiemouth. This aircraft is a derivative of the RAFs Strike/Attack Tornado. Although it is capable of conventional Anti-Surface missions, The GR1-B specialises in Maritime Operations. |

12 Squadron is stationed at RAF Lossiemouth, where it trains for both conventional and maritime operations. One of their aircraft is shown here with two Sea Eagle (Anti-Ship) missiles mounted beneath the fuselage. |

XV (Reserve) Squadron is the Tornado Weapons Conversion Unit where pilots and navigators are trained to operate the Tornado as a weapons platform. Once trained, the aircrew are sent to RAF Squadrons in the UK and Germany, some even remaining at Lossiemouth to fly the GR1 - B. |
